We are pleased to announce that the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association is holding a meeting on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 5:30 pm at the Philadelphia office of BakerHostetler.

5:30 pm      CLE Program: “The Patent Troll: Benign Middleman or Stick-Up Artist?“
David Abrams, Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania and
Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the Wharton School, will
discuss the economics of non-practicing entity litigation..

6:30 pm     Reception

The cost is $40.00 for members, $15 students, and $50.00 for guests and non-members.  Please make checks payable to “PIPLA.”  One hour of Pennsylvania and Delaware CLE ethics credit has been requested.
