The Articles of Association require yearly elections for positions on the Board of Governors. Officer positions are filled annually and Members at Large positions are filled bi-annually. In accordance with Article 4, notice is hereby given to the membership of the following slate of nominees submitted by the Nominating Committee (Jay Halt, Angela Verrecchio and Robin Quartin):
President Steve Weed;
President-Elect R Touhey Myer;
Vice-President Lesley Grossberg;
Treasurer Melissa Gibson;
Board Member Lisa Bollinger Gehman (2019-2021); and
Board Member Jessica Watkins (2019-2021).
As the immediate-past President, Felicity Groth will serve on the Board.
Joseph Boos (2018-2020) will continue to serve his two-year term as Secretary.
In addition the flowing Board members will continue their two-year terms.

Board Member Michael Cornelison (2018-2020); and
Board Member John Wittenzellner (2018-2020).
The 2019 PIPLA Distinguished Intellectual Property Practitioner Award will be presented at our September meeting
The cost is $40.00 for members and $50.00 for guests/non-members and $15.00 for students. Please make checks payable to “PIPLA.” Two and one half hour of Pennsylvania and Delaware CLE credit has been requested.
