We are planning to hold a special June CLE meeting, at which we will also elect new officers and board members, on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 5:30 pm.
At this meeting, Jessica Watkins of Nasdaq will present on the year in review for copyright, and we will hold an election for the Board for the 2022-2023 year. The current PIPLA Board proposes the following nominees for the following positions:
John Bollinger (Volpe and Koenig) for the position of Secretary,
Allison White (Caesar Rivise) as a new Member of the Board of Governors
Phil Wolfe (BakerHostetler) as a new Member of the Board of Governors
Leah George (Caesar Rivise) as a new Member of the Board of Governors
The current officers will advance as follows:
President: Joe Boos (Volpe and Koenig)
President-elect: Melissa Gibson (Akin Gump)
Vice-president: Andrew J. Koopman (RatnerPrestia)
The following board members will continue their terms as members of the board:
Nicholas Tinari (Volpe and Koenig)
Scott Slomowtiz (Caesar Rivise)
