CLE Program: Update on FTC Non-Compete Ban

CLE Description: The FTC non-compete ban was set to take effect on September 4, 2024. Since its announcement, challenges to the ban have been raised in multiple courts, with at least one court holding the ban unenforceable. This CLE presentation will review the recent litigation surrounding the non-compete ban, will explore where things may lead, and outline practice tips and guidance for clients.
