Speaker: Alexandra J. Roberts (UNH School of Law)
Professor Roberts will present on “mark talk” – consumers using trademarks in online speech. Professor Roberts will provide examples of how consumers use trademarks in online product reviews and forum discussions, and offer practical tips and advice on how that information can be utilized in trademark prosecution and enforcement, particularly in showing secondary meaning.
